Glass Filled PEEK

JUTAIPEEK^?GF30 is a type of Polymeric Profiles made from 30% of short-cut Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyetherether Ketone (PEEK). (JUTAIPEEK^?GF30V is an extruded profile using VICTREX PEEK Polymers 450GL30 raw materials, and JUTAIPEEK^?GF30G is an extruded profile using domestic raw materials). Compared to PEEK of no-reinforcement, the HDT increases obviously, the strength and modulus increase a certain extent, and it has better wear-resistance and lower thermal expansion.
This type of products can be applied in the operating condition that is need to bear larger mechanical stress and wear rate in higher temperature, such as semiconductor production process, precision bearing, tubes and components in chemical equipment and electrical system.

● Good tensile performance, and Tensile Modulus=5-7GPa.
● Good flexural performance, and Flexural Modulus≥6GPa.
● Outstanding thermal mechanical bearing capacity, and HDT≥250℃.
● Outstanding wear-resistance.
● Outstanding electrical insulation, and dielectric performance.
● Excellent dimensional stability and low thermal expansion.
● High thermal endurance and the long service temperature is 250℃.

Instructions for Use

Machined by Lathes or Milling Machine.

Remove surface heat-treatment aged layers and the thickness of removal layer is 0.5-1mm.

Product Storage Instructions

Placed away from light, avoiding humid, and away from oily substance.
Packed with polymeric film when not use.
